All hire periods are for a total of 3 days as standard -
eg. collection of items Friday, return is on Sunday.
Longer hire periods can be requested.
Deposits & Payment
A non refundable £25 deposit is payable on confirmation of your order.
Payment by BACS is required at least 7 days prior to your event of your total amount. A further payment of 50% of your total is also required to cover any losses/damages that might be incurred and will be fully refunded once all items are returned and accounted for.
If you'd prefer to make payment via cash this can also be accepted upon collection/delivery.
We offer a free delivery service within a 10 mile radius of Pakenham, Suffolk on all orders totally over £50.
Charges do apply on deliveries required further than 10 miles and pricing is available on request.
Breakages & Losses
All of our china is used entirely at hirers risk and we ask you to stay mindful that some items in our collection are up to 70 years old.
Accidents do happen though, which we fully understand and is reflected in our minimal charges for damages which can be found below -

We kindly request that damaged china is kept separately but still returned.
Charges for missing items are double those of damaged ones.
